Terms of service

Subscribers outside Karachi are requested to make payments through a bank draft payable in Karachi only.

Subscription rates may change without prior notice. If prices increase, the additional amount will be payable by the customer.

The processing of a new subscription by the publisher may take 6–8 weeks. The subscription will begin after the required processing time, counted from the date of payment.

All copies are sent directly to subscribers by the publisher. Our responsibility ends once the subscription has been transferred to the publisher; however, we will make every effort to assist with subscriber complaints.

For cancellation of a subscription, please allow 6–8 weeks from the date we receive the cancellation request. During this period, the subscriber will continue receiving the magazine until the publisher confirms cancellation. Refunds will be issued accordingly.
